Baseball Northwest was founded in 1995 by Jeff McKay to fill a need he saw lacking in the Northwest. The original Pacific Northwest Championships and Fall Scout Teams were formed to provide the players in our region with an opportunity to compete with and against the best players. This also became an opportunity for college coaches and professional scouts to evaluate a players skills against top level competition. Today, Baseball Northwest has expanded these opportunities to include Junior Olympics, Arizona Fall Classic and Perfect Game tournament teams, State Prospect Games, and the Pre-Draft Senior Showcase.

The Winter Instructional “Pro” Series, High School Spring Training Camps and Fall Leagues offer all high school players opportunities for more play time and to learn from professional and college instructors. At the grassroots level, Baseball Northwest, together with USA Baseball, offers a regional series of competitive tournaments and instructional summer camps for baseball players of all ages.
